Just minutes ago on MSNBC, Rep. Steve King (R-IA) again put his foot in his mouth and vomited out his racism again:
What country or subgroup contributed anything to society other than Western Civilization?
This comment I hope will leave you screaming as it did me, because any fucking 4th grader can answer his question. (Hey, Jeff Foxworthy I have your next contestant and the answer to the question your show asks is, "No. He is not smarter than a Fifth-grader".)
The answer to King is:
MESOPOTAMIA!
The ancient society which all American children learn is the first civilization to have writing (obviously something that does not really concern King).
And of course, China, Egypt, Africa. All having booming and incredible societies while most Europeans are still living in caves.
